Founder, Swati Lodh Kundu, has a decade of experience in Education space. She is a Masters in Economics, Business and HR , Gallup Strength’s Coach, Certifeid MBTI Practitioner and an Accredited Practitioner of variety of assessment tools accepted worldwide. Swati works with children to identify their latent potential, recognise their core strengths and aptitudes to weave suitable career path around them. She has guided students and individuals to develop appropriate strategies based on their personality, interests and strengths to pursue their chosen field and enjoy so that success became an eventuality for them. She coaches adults for mid-level career change decisions, individual growth and performance development helping them to be more engaged with their work and team.
With a passion to help the underprivileged children, Swati got involved with Self Organised Learning Environment (‘SOLE’) pedagogy which is the brainchild of Prof Sugata Mitra, an eminent scientist whose research activities resulted in this concept and led him to win the TED Best Idea Award (2013). SOLE is technology driven learning environment that allows students to self-direct in the areas that are of interest to them, stretch themselves to comprehend and in the process cultivate collaboration, creativity and critical thinking abilities - the 21st Century skills.
As a facilitator, trainer and evaluator of Self-Organised Learning Environ-ment, Swati has avidly worked with underprivileged children in different SOLE Labs across the country and also established the concept in main-stream urban schools.
'Krafting Careers', is a result of this passion and learning. It is client focused coaching boutique that offers tailored consultancy in the field of education, career choice, personal development and performance, to students and adults through personalised counseling/coaching, and works with communities, schools or corporates to set up and run SOLE Labs.

When my son Adithya was in class 7, I was getting very anxious about his future, especially with his changing interests, inconsistent performance and scoring pattern at school. Ms Swati helped us get clarity through the counseling program.

My son had successfully cleared competitive exams (JEE Mains and Advanced, IIIT, IIT GUWAHATI, BITs, WBJEE, NISER), With so many great options, we were confused regarding choice between basic science, engineering and the branch, which would be best for him. We contacted Mrs. Swati. She interacted with my son several times and helped him discover himself. At the end she gave us a detailed report with suggestions.
